Croad Langshan
One of the most unusual characteristics of this docile and elegant breed
from China is that the tail should be on the same level as the head. The
dark legs have some slight feathering on the outside and on the outer toe,
with red skin showing through the feathers on the males. The brilliant green-black
sheen is most impressive, with a deep breast carrying a substantial amount
of meat. The hens lay brown eggs and are good sitters.
